How May Tarot Assist you?
Tarot's journey through the Ages has been phenomenal and they have evolved into a valuable empowering tool. Used to assist with self-discovery, self-transforming, self-awakening, problem solving, a means to self-inquiry. If you are struggling, wanting to get through the stuff, get behind what is happening, the tarot is recommended. This is not about the future or predicting, rather a focus on what is happening now. What we do now creates the future.
The Tarot maybe seen as a bridge to the Divine Synchronicity, a unique way of expanding perception of what is happening. Plugging into our own self-guidance system, and connecting with intuition. Tarot presents an orderly way to realize self, that is intelligent and evolving, where one can question deep into anything. Most importantly the answers arise from within and here you can get behind your life and do something.
Tarot Through The Ages To the 21st Century
The collective opinion Tarot originated in the 14 Century, surfacing in Europe Italy noteably, as a game. Namely The Visconti-Sforza tarot, the Sola Busca tarot, and the Este tarot, These decks were hand-painted and very beautiful. What actually happened with them as a game is not clear.
Over a period of approximately three hundred years this Tarot game was played around Europe, but their the use changed. A popular French pack called the Tarot de Marseille circulating still, became part of an evolution from a game, into more esoteric uses. 1700's the Tarot became a tool used to predict the future and divining. The Tarot was used by the upper classes, those with money, as then printed paper was costly.
Focus on The Rider-Waite Tarot and The Hermetic Order of The Golden Dawn
Two hundred years went by and tarot cards became more popular in the 1900's the Tarot was was used by a particular and famous Occult group called The Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn. A secret society where the Kabbalah, astrology, and tarot, among the esoteric practices.
The Golden Dawn teachings directly impacted the creation of The Original Rider Waite as the creators A.E. Waite and Pamela Colman Smith where part of this secret order.

The Rider-Waite is widely considered the most used tarot card deck in the world, first published in 1909. All the cards where fully illustrated with images and symbology, this set them apart from other packs, as then illustrating the Major Arcana only had been the practice. The Tarot have been evolving and now here 21st Century they are a valuable piece of kit for those self-awakening and New Life Creating!
