My birthname is Katherine Evans and I reside in Scotland UK. Thank you for being here.
I realise my world is not normal and what is normal anyway?
My birth name I don't negate or dicard, it is the root of me if you will a beautiful tree with a trunk and branches solid and strong now. Kat, Katie, Kate, lots of different variations but for most of my life nobody called me Katherine? Apart from the Transformational Community encouraging transparancy, it was here I twigged I actually had a name that was not used - 'Katherine' my family has memory of Kate, Katie - Katherine is somebody not known and no matter how much calling me Katherine, I am known by another name through past memory and that is ok too I am not looking for anyone to change.
I see the importance of not splitting up a name into parts, I have been focused there in my healing and if you are transforming? Your birthname is the place to begin.
Katherine - it means Pure and I care to keep working with that in mind.
It's vibration resonates with my family and Ancestors it has been my mission and still is to clear the karma that is my bundle and that which I have generated in the name of Katherine Evans.
Over 30 years of self-transforming, focus on creating New Consciousness- there's now an 'empty' with Katherine Evans - there is no marriage - the name - it brings medical documents - formality - behind it there's no family heart beating - friends - social life - it's the way it is - I have no children - my living family have familys - there's no energy in that way that makes a name.
For Katherine - I am not able to explain but through facing things that have been difficult and keeping going until they are not happening, would be a place to begin for this transformation.
Catalyst - Shock awakening
A major impact happened in my life over 32 years ago (1992) I was diagnosed with Relapsing and Remitting Multiple Sclerosis, (MS) This is ongoing and something that I have to deal with regardless of any name.
This diagnosis gave me a psychological awakening, that still carries urgency to do something, make right, a conscious shock that blew a hole in my existence and to put it mildly, a person I didn't care to be was revealed - it's ongoing. Admist awakening to this shadow-self divided and fragmented being broken chaotic and confused, poor me, unworthy - simultaneously a spark within ignited, an automatic correction a new alignment without forcing or deciding, the directive: the essence: To Be and Live as Peace and Harmony, To Make Right Life - An Alliance with the Earth, Cosmic Energy - discovering ways and methodology - It is ongoing. Starting anew in the 'I don't know.'
I continue see that nobody can do this for me this self-transforming is to be and live as the hero in my reality and if there is a purpose or aim in life, (and I may not arrive there immediately,) responsibility for what is happening is the ultimate surpassing any goals or dreams. I have been focusing on making right my life and clearing up karma and orientating toward the Light. All of this is ongoing.
I guess this website is here to express insights and speak on transforming and spirituality in my own experience and also, standing up that I have a spiritual life, too and it's ok to be that.

Way back in the early nineties,
The chaos behind my life culminated
I was in a constant state of fear
There was violence in my reality
Pretending to myself that it was not happening.
Hiding from everyone as I felt shame and didn't
Know who I could turn to
My work life was very rewarding and I
was getting promoted!
There where huge warning signs that I was ignoring.
The relationship I was in was violent
There was no place to speak truth, I was being manipulated
It's where I got deeply disempowered and I had no boundaries
I didn't know about Self-Love, fear had gotten in.
There was violence in the home,
Inside a part frozen - Fearing escape
The exit out needed to come from higher authority
In the End I had to be extracted out of my home by the police
The 'partner' at the time was drunk and the story gets
worse before it heals and goes on through Courts
and all sorts of violent happenings.
The Policeman who picked me up and led me to safety said
he will do it again you best leave
I saw the truth of what he was saying and I did.
That was a turning point and I thank myself through time
I took action when I did and not being destroyed and defeated
Tenacity of keeping going.
I don't what would have happened if I stayed
Not long after another wake up call
that brought an urgency to end the destructive way
I had been existing, it blew up my and the effects are still rippling.
Blurred vision led me to A long term, apparently non-cureable,
not sure how to treat it health diagnosis, called Multiple Sclerosis.
I didn't hear what the neurologist said,
I didn't know then but I went into denial and into a deep freeze of fear.
It was if boots made of lead where put on my feet as he was talking
I felt pinned to my seat and all I could hear was buzzing,
fortunately my mother was listening.
Inside I was having otherwordly experience,
as segments of my life passed before my eyes.
I remember myself as a small girl, speaking lies,
instants of me cheating, stealing,
not being a decent human being.
I wasn't sure what was happening playing out on this internal screen
I had this surge of Life and wanting to Live Powering through my being.
There was a positive and negative as too
An explosion of chaos awakened to see in me
A dark shadow of self lurking behind the scenes.
It has been my life and ongoing clearing healing and discovering
What it is to be self-loving.
What the neurologist said..
it was a blur and left not knowing
anything about the medical reporting,
but admist all the chaos and fear there
had been life correction a new orientation
toward truth and integrity.
It's been a process and dedicating my life,
get behind what is happening.
This was the beginning of my self-transformation,
and self - awakening. There are many more experiences
of healing 32 years later it is ongoing.
I have transformed my life, but I don't do the transforming.
I see through taking responsibility
it is possible to get through
and out the otherside of any problems experiencing.
It takes tenacity, perseverance to keep going when its hard going.
The movement to bring about Balance, Peace, Harmony,
make right the inbalances in my life
has been the focus energy and in turn Jaguarspirit's Log has been Created

I find myself here at this website, a culmination of my life work unfolding, a contribution towards the Lightworker community to those Self-Awakening and Creating a New Life, New Consciousness. An expression for my soul-voice and a way to be in service.
